Henry Gyden

Henry Gyden joined Swope, Rodante, P.A. as a board certified appellate specialist. Mr. Gyden grew up in Tampa, Florida and graduated with honors from Florida A&M University with an accounting degree. He received his law degree from the University of Florida College of Law and became a member of the Florida Bar in 1998.

Mr. Gyden began his legal career as a law clerk for the 13th Judicial Circuit in the family law and civil litigation divisions. He also worked as a senior law clerk at the Second District Court of Appeal. Before joining Swope, Rodante, P.A., Mr. Gyden worked as an associate for Carlton Fields, P.A. representing insurance companies and corporations.

Mr. Gyden has nearly a decade of experience handling civil cases and appeals in both state and federal court. In his capacity as an appellate specialist, he provides intellectual support to our principal litigation attorneys to help achieve the best possible outcome for our clients, both at the trial level and on appeal.
