Kathryn Lee
Kathryn Lee joined Swope, Rodante P.A. as an Associate in 2004. In 2003, she earned her Juris Doctorate, from Florida State University College of Law, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif and was admitted to the Florida Bar. While earning her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law, Kathryn Lee was the Executive Editor of Journal of Transnational Law and Policy, Volume 12 (2002-2003). Ms. Lee worked on the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law 2001-2003, Florida State Business Review 2001-2003, and the Journal of Transnational Law and Policy 2000-2003. She also won a Book Award in Federal Administrative Law.
In 2004, Ms. Lee was admitted to U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. She was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida in 2005 and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Florida in 2006.
Ms. Lee practices civil litigation including personal injury, insurance law, and insurance bad faith.

Professional & Community Involvement
Kathryn Lee participates in a variety of professional organizations trying to improve the legal landscape for the injured, such as the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association and the Florida Justice Association.
Ms. Lee is also a member of The Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
