- Catastrophic Injury – A Catastrophic Injury is a serious injury that may result in permanent disability, lingering medical conditions, and a decreased life expectancy.
- Traumatic Brain Injury - A Traumatic Brain Injury is sustained by a severe trauma to the head, causing serious, and often permanent, disabilities in the injured individual. Such injuries are often the result of an automobile or motorcycle collision, but can be endured at birth.
- Wrongful Death – Wrongful Death has occurred when a negligent act of one person has resulted in the death of another. A lawsuit may be brought by the family of the deceased to prove whether or not a negligent act by an individual caused the death of their loved one.
