Our Team Leaders
Staff Team Leaders play a vital role in our law firm. They provide continuity for clients and attorneys, provide litigation support, and ensure the quality of Swope, Rodante P.A. is maintained. Regardless of what brought each of these talented paralegals to us, it takes specialized training and experience within the firm to become a Team Leader. As a group they work together bringing their own life experience and separate knowledge to work as a mutually supportive team that consistently exceeds our expectations. Through their tireless effort, our Team Leaders are the thread that holds our red and blue battle flag together.
Wendy Powell has been a member of the firm for over 20 years. She began working with the Law Offices of Dale Swope in 1987. She held many positions within the firm before becoming a legal assistant in 1996. In 1997, she was promoted to Team Leader. Ms. Powell is a paralegal member of the Florida Association of Justice (Formerly known as the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers). She graduated from the University of South Florida in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. As the firm’s most senior staffer, Ms. Powell is both a
wealth of institutional knowledge and a mentor for newer members of the law firm. Her leadership and her conscientious attention to detail are a true asset to our clients and the rest of our staff.
Kimberly Loggins-Harkness first entered the legal field in 1994 with the firm in the position of runner/court investigator and was promoted to legal assistant in 1996. She was promoted to Team Leader in 1998. She graduated from the University of South Florida in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Political Science and a minor in Sociology. Ms. Loggins-Harkness is a paralegal member of the Florida Association of Justice (formerly known as the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers). She became a notary in 1994. As one of our staff “mentors,” Ms. Loggins-Harkness helps new legal assistants to find their own excellence and confidence. Her comprehension of the complexities of insurance bad faith has proven invaluable to the firm and we applaud her 15 years of service to our clients.
Miko Fallon first started in 1994 as a receptionist for the firm. Ms. Fallon’s strong work ethic allowed her to be promoted to legal assistant after only a short period of time. A licensed nurse, Ms. Fallon brings with her a remarkable understanding of medical issues in the legal community. She was promoted to Team Leader in 2000. Ms. Fallon is a paralegal member of the Florida Association of Justice (Formerly known as the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers). Over the last nine years, Ms. Fallon’s unique mix of legal and medical experience and knowledge gives her a special attachment to the firm’s injured clients.
Stacie Wright has been a solid member of the Swope, Rodante P.A. family for over 11 years. She first entered the legal field in 1997 as a receptionist when the firm was known as Swope, Cardillo P.A. Following her life-long goal to become a paralegal, it did not take Ms. Wright long to prove that she had the skills necessary to work on cases. She accepted the promotion to Legal Assistant in 1998, and Team Leader in 2004. Always up for a challenge, Ms. Wright’s diligence and enthusiasm inspires everyone around her even when fighting the toughest of cases.
Ashley Pareja first began working at Swope, Rodante P.A. in 2004. Ms. Pareja was hired at Swope, Rodante P.A. as a Legal Assistant in 2004. While pursuing her education, she began exploring the legal profession as a file clerk and court reporter prior to joining the firm. Her ability to listen, organize, and quickly address the needs of others led to her promotion to Team Leader in June of 2007. Ms. Pareja has an Associates Degree in General Education from Indian River Community College (2002), and a Bachelors Degree from the University of South Florida in Mass Communications with a concentration in Advertising (2004). Ms. Pareja is also an alumni member of Phi Sigma Pi, National Honors
Fraternity.
Allison Stevenson first came to work as a legal assistant at Swope, Rodante P.A. in February of 2006. Although she was not a stranger to the legal profession prior to Swope, Rodante P.A., Ms. Stevenson excelled during her mentoring and in June of 2007, she was promoted to Team Leader. Whether it is in her efforts on a case or by striving to be the best she can be, Ms. Stevenson never seems to stop working. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida (2008), and is an alumni member of the Alpha Phi Sigma Honor Society. She recently became a paralegal member of the Florida Justice of Association (formerly known as the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers).
Jane Keith began working at Swope, Rodante P.A. in 2006 as a Legal Assistant. She graduated from University of California, Davis in 2005 with her Bachelor of Arts in both English and Psychology and went on to attend one year of law school in Michigan. Studious, hard-working, and deeply committed to her clients, Ms. Keith quickly made herself an indispensible part of her team. She was promoted to Team Leader in 2008. With multiple trials already under her belt, we know we can expect big things from our newest Team Leader.
