How much is my case worth?
“How much is my case worth?” is an important question. A question that despite the best efforts of attorneys everywhere cannot accurately be answered by a simple formula or online questionnaire. Many factors contribute to an evaluation of this sort and we do not believe that the question of case worth can be properly answered without individual and in-depth attention to the specific facts of each claim.
Once you have determined that you need representation, and we have had an opportunity to consider all of the facts of your case, some of the factors that go into the valuation of a case are the permanence or severity of the injury or injuries, past and future medical bills, loss of time at work, the conduct of the at fault party, and the availability of insurance coverage to pay for those losses. If you, or someone close to you, has been injured or if you have been the victim of insurance bad faith, you may need representation and we can certainly help to evaluate the worth of your claim. More than likely there is also a deadline at which you can no longer file a claim.
