Associate Attorney Savannah Carpenter is an attorney who cares about her community and the clients who entrust Swope, Rodante P.A. to handle their legal needs with the utmost certainty, confidence and perseverance.

Ms. Carpenter earned a Bachelor of Science degree in health science from the University of South Florida. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law, where she finished in the top three percent of her class graduating Magna Cum Laude. It is her drive and determination that sets Ms. Carpenter apart from the pack and makes her a valuable addition to our prestigious practice.

Before becoming an Associate Attorney at Swope, Rodante P.A., Ms. Carpenter worked to expand her knowledge and understanding of the practice of law by acquiring intern and legal assistant positions at various firms. These firms specialized in real estate law, family law and personal injury, giving Ms. Carpenter a well-rounded understanding of various subjects of law. While completing her Juris Doctor degree, Ms. Carpenter served as a federal judicial intern for the Hon. Mary S. Scriven of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She also worked as a law clerk right here at Swope, Rodante P.A.  

Through her work on the Stetson Law Review, Ms. Carpenter developed excellent research and writing skills as well as a keen eye for detail, to the benefit of both her clients and colleagues. She is a member of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers at Stetson and is certified as a notary public in the state of Florida.

Ms. Carpenter’s community involvement speaks volumes about her commitment to serving the needs of her community. She steadfastly defends those who are unable to defend themselves. Most notably, she has volunteered her services to the Guardian Ad Litem program in Tampa, advocating for minor children in child custody cases and making recommendations to the court regarding the best interests of these vulnerable children.

Ms. Carpenter is known for her exemplary work ethic and critical thinking skills. These qualities, coupled with her past experience and unique insight into the court system, make her well equipped to handle the myriad legal issues facing our clients today.
