With no more than 2.5 percent of Florida attorneys named to the Rising Stars list — annual selections are made using a rigorous multi-phased process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice area. Rising Stars honorees are age 40 or younger and have been in practice for 10 years or less.
