Dale Swope, the firm’s founding partner, will be a speaker at the upcoming 2014 State Court Trial Seminar taking place on Friday, June 6th at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 East Twiggs St, Tampa, FL 33602. Mr. Swope’s lecture will focus on the topic of Closing Arguments. The seminar is being presented by the Hillsborough County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division.
A membership association of attorneys, judges and legal professionals, the Hillsborough County Bar Association works to advocate respect for the law and the justice system through service to the legal profession and to the community. This year’s seminar will feature seven topics including trial preparation, jury selection, opening statement, direct and cross examination, closing argument, preserving issues for appeal, and jury instructions.
