TAMPA, FL – Swope, Rodante P.A. is proud to announce that attorney Brent Steinberg has been become a shareholder. The firm first welcomed Mr. Steinberg as a law clerk in 2009 and then as an associate attorney in 2010, after he graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Mr. Steinberg represents victims of catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, insurance bad faith, legal malpractice and wrongful coverage denials, handling cases throughout Florida and Georgia at both the trial and appellate levels. He is also a Director-at-Large of the Florida Justice Association and serves as the Chair of its Auto Insurance Committee, through which he assists with the drafting of pro-consumer bills, authors white papers and lobbies Florida state legislators on a multitude of insurance and civil justice issues.
