Matthew Paul is an Attorney at Swope, Rodante P.A., and is committed to helping people through some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
Originally from Syracuse, New York, Mr. Paul graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Pre-Law. He then earned his law degree from Nova Southeastern University, where he graduated with honors, Cum Laude.
During his time at NSU, Mr. Paul discovered his passion for advocacy by virtue of his membership with the Moot Court Honors Society, and the Trial Association Honors Society. He also competed in the Earl E. Zehmer National Moot Court Competition in Orlando, FL, where he and his teammate advocated and competed against other universities throughout the country, and ultimately reached the Quarterfinals.
After law school, Mr. Paul began his career as a Litigation Attorney at a well-respected personal injury law firm in Tampa, FL. Mr. Paul proved his worth early on in his career as he personally handled countless depositions, court hearings, and mediations as a first and second-year attorney. Through relentless and zealous advocacy, Mr. Paul secured millions of dollars for his clients who were wrongfully harmed by the negligence of others.
In his free time, Mr. Paul enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his family, friends, and golden retriever, Lily. Mr. Paul is also an avid Buffalo Bills fan, and he enjoys attending Tampa Bay Lightning and Buccaneers games.
