Victor “Trey” Musleh III is an associate attorney at Swope, Rodante P.A., specializing in the areas of insurance Bad Faith, Personal Injury, and Appellate Practice. As a third-generation Florida lawyer who was born and raised in Ocala, Florida, Trey brings a deep-rooted commitment to his legal career.
Trey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Minor in International Development from the University of Florida, before earning his Juris Doctor from the Stetson University College of Law.
Prior to graduation, Trey gained a wealth of knowledge across various fields in the legal community. Starting as a judicial intern for Judge Laura Ward in the 13th Judicial Circuit during the summer of 2021, he then went on to intern with the Economic Crimes Division at the State Attorney’s Office in the 13th Judicial Circuit during the fall of 2021.
Trey also expanded his legal horizons as a judicial intern for Federal Magistrate Judge Christopher Tuite at the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division. Shifting to private practice, he expanded his knowledge base as a law clerk at Wilkes & Associates from May 2022 to January 2023.
Trey’s dedication to legal scholarship is apparent through his involvement with the Journal of Aging Law and Policy, where he served as an associate in the spring of 2022 and later assumed the role of Articles Editor in both the fall of 2022 and the spring of 2023 during his time in law school.
Committed not only to academics but also to community engagement, Trey served as an Associate Justice for the University of Florida Student Traffic Court and was recognized as a Graham Civic Scholar for his active participation in civic engagement, public opinion, and public policy research programs.
In his leisure time, Trey passionately supports his alma mater, the University of Florida Gators, particularly during their football and basketball seasons.
